真的進步了!! - 路跑 Road Running

我大概一個月前開始跑步的,一開始跑5K就快不行了,所以當時以跑到10K為目標,一週約跑4, 5次。
後來約兩週後終於以將近8分速跑完10K(總時間花了1小時18分……而且跑完整個腿軟無力又超餓)而之後都以8K為主。
大約在繼續跑了兩週、適應這距離和強度後(約7分速,以減脂、減重為目標)。今天再度嘗試10K,結果居然能不掉速,以7分速跑完10K!總時間比上次進步了約9分鐘!而且跑完只是腿稍微累一點,並沒有上次跑10K時那種腿軟、又餓到不行的疲勞感。
現在體重也掉了快3公斤(171,68->65)。太開心了,果然一直跑就真的會進步!
題外話,話說我每次跑出比較好的成績時,穿的都不是運動褲,而是一件不到100元、之前去蘭嶼玩時買的海灘褲囧。
