這是我做了半年多心得的瑜珈
因為我算是輕度工作者,飲食也都吃蠻好的
當初踏入瑜珈其實就真的是希望改善體態
而去年有被人看出有瘦,我認真推估是因為我一個禮拜有三天去上瑜珈
其中一天連上兩堂,上到有點腿軟
不過神奇就是隔天就好
雖然體重一公斤都沒少,
但是很開心,因為似乎可以更精細感覺身體的變化
更能挺直脊椎.有量身高長高約1CM
