記得去年初還在PO文跟大家討論半馬破二的策略。
然後就是進入疫情時期了,再加上一些因素。
破二過後一陣子月跑量從最低100,慢慢的遞減到30左右
也開始變成以爬山為主要的活動,常常一個月在山上走的里程比月跑量還多。
直到去年底為了超馬又拉了一些跑量,只是天氣太熱還是落馬了 Q.Q
然後今年就真的完全開始擺爛了,三月為了爬南湖有跑了一陣子。
速度從之前的5"20變成6"20,體重也比破二那時多了10公斤多 Orz
前幾天打算趁著跑東北風土線上馬順便恢復跑步的習慣,
是說仔細一看,東北風土馬原來是要一次跑完不能分段跑啊 囧">
然後上傳的時間跟活動期間不同,上傳只到昨天為止...
還好報名費只有2700日幣,就當讚助主辦單位吧
而且報了年底的紅豆馬,為了要報16,17年兩次殘念的仇
前兩天再跑起來時,速度又更慢來到7"20。
雖然知道這是擺爛好幾個月的結果,可是和能跑5分多速那時的感覺比還是有點..
跑完隔天有一些些小鐵腿,休一天大概又可以再跑了。
目標就是跑一休一3K..4K..5K慢慢加上去,偶爾拉長到7K。
等回到6分速再來拉高頻率,距離偶爾拉到10K。
希望能用兩月恢復之前七八成的心肺和肌力,再挑戰年底幾場之前落馬的復仇馬。
然後在明年42歲的生日馬,用4小時20完成42K。
(本來是想去九洲跑鹿兒島指宿油菜花馬拉松當生日馬的)
