用鼻子呼吸跟用嘴巴呼吸 - 路跑 Road Running

如題
之前跑步都是用嘴巴吸氣吐氣
但是聽說用鼻子比較好 把呼吸放慢
這樣身體會接受到比較多的氧氣
最近幾天實測一下
覺得會喘不過氣 然後整個跑步的步調快很多
但是相對的疲累度也會大增
今天就改回用嘴巴了 感覺一開始步調雖然慢很多
但是跑起來整體感覺比較好
想請問板上的大大都是如何調節呼吸的呢
可否分享一下 謝謝
