我來獻醜回文了,由於實在沒慨念,因此看完版友的推文才知道原來5km for 30min
對女生來說是很厲害的@@
說起來實在丟臉...剛剛實際跑了一遍,設定30min 坡度2 速度一身體勞累狀況調整
我才跑3.66km (這數值應該是中下的體力吧><)
大概有一年多沒有運動習慣了,還自以為體力可以像兩三年前一樣。
而且這次練跑遇到的困難是:
1.覺得小腹的抖動會減緩我的速度...
2.跑一跑覺得全身皮膚好癢...
3.跑到10min左右時就開始感到口渴
4.鞋帶掉了兩次
我深深覺得自己太嫩...目標下修5km for 40min
