用跑步機練習準備3月底的5km (女) - 路跑 Road Running

被同學揪團報名跑5km的路跑比賽,但是已經好久沒有運動習慣了......
因此想趁此機會,好好重回運動習慣,順便準備比賽,目標是希望30min內跑完。
但是目前只能用跑步機練習,不知我該怎麼鍛鍊呢?
(順便私心希望距離三月可以減2公斤)
目前有幾個想法:
跑步機坡度設定2,速度落在6~8km/hr之間。一週跑五天。
1.第一週跑1km,第二週跑2km,持續到5km的時候再開始練速度?
2.每週挑三天跑5km,其餘天數跑1km?
3.直接套用跑步機的跑步模式,每次跑30分鐘?
不知哪種方式比較適合?
