Only regular exercise can keep one healthy. (這裡的regular 是指規律的, 當用來搭配
exercise 使用, 請你參考哦 !
ps. play + 運動項目時, 是不能加 the 的, ex. play baseball, play tennis,
但是當用於演奏時, 則一定要加 the 像play the piano, play the guitar
