身體:男 176cm 90.9kg
跑齡:從高中開始有跑步習慣每天3KM
大學後間段的跑著
去年發現提速10.5kmh->12.5kmh
跑5K會爆心率跟膝蓋不舒服
遂轉向重訓先加強大腿跟膝蓋肌群
問題:根據漢森課表計算機3km 15mins
輕鬆跑速度在6:48mins/km-7:24mins/km
實行完賽課表 輕鬆跑全部+2K
例如表定3K就跑5K
跑到最後這周發現小腿骨頭旁邊痛到受不了
查了一下大概是夾脛症
想問一下板上大大有沒有甚麼好的恢復辦法
或是我能怎麼調整自己的課表
PS:我自己思考應該是體重過重
PS2:有可能是在跑步機上跑6:48mins/km
姿勢不對 導致壓力全部堆積在小腿 所以炸掉
PS3:跑<6mins/km小腿明顯感覺不會痛
目前打算趁新年休息兩周 但是不知道夠不夠
