大家怎麼突破自我紀錄的心理障礙呢? - 路跑 Road Running

我對路跑很有興趣,但因為未來可能的行程,一直沒有機會去報名個半馬或是1/4馬
對於平常的訓練,網路上都有很豐富的知識,所以也找不到什麼機會上來請教大家。
我的個人訓練紀錄是:
4km : 17m 57s
5km : 22m 52s
10km : 48m 23s
這成績在數字板大概很不錯,但在高手如雲的這邊可能就男子組平均以下了。
我想問的問題是: 我一直很想把10km跑進48min,每次都覺得應該不難,畢竟5km都可以
23min了,10km考量到體力衰退,大概也可以47分多。
但實際去跑,只要發現接近5km的時候,只要沒有跑進24min,就覺得要達成目標很困難,
心理壓力就會想放棄。然後會找藉口,這邊痛那邊痛的。
大家想打破自己的紀錄,都怎麼克服的呢? 用更強大的重量訓練嗎?
