游泳時戴隱形眼鏡下水 - 游泳討論

因為學校要上游泳課
所以對於我這個度數重的人(R:900L:800)
一拿掉眼鏡就如同瞎了XDDD
在板上有看到新聞說帶了容易細菌感染 有雜質附著在隱形眼鏡上
又有人說帶日拋透氧率不好所以不建議
明天就要上游泳課了
又不常常游泳所以不想買有度數的泳鏡
對於戴隱形眼鏡下水(我的是雙週拋)
請問各位有什麼想法和建議的...

ps我有想到就是游泳後取下隱形眼鏡
用生理食鹽水清洗眼睛 隱形眼鏡回家搓揉+泡4小時 兩次
這樣ok嗎
因為眼睛會不會發生感染好像是因水和因個人不同...
