我是一個184公分85公斤的高中生18歲找了很多資料都說減太快不好熱量不能攝取過低所以我想問我這樣三餐可以嗎會不會復胖很快?早餐:一顆水煮蛋一杯300CC牛奶午餐:學校便當飯吃三分之一主菜是白肉才吃(皮剝掉)油炸不吃便當菜全吃晚餐:一顆蘋果一顆橘子(也不一定啦反正就是吃水果)我這樣的熱量攝取��
