我今年三十歲了,女性,愛運動,每天固定會運動一個小時以上,如慢跑、游泳、騎單車!!是一個上班族,工作簡單,壓力不大,準時上下班的人。我的飲食說明:起床喝了500cc的溫開水早上幾乎是吃水果,除非好餓才會吃熱食。中午公司有準備伙食,所以吃了一個便當的量。下午茶:一杯黑咖啡or茶+零食o
