流汗問題 - 瑜珈 Yoga

對於愛運動的我來說...雖然早該適應了~~!
但是我發現...每次練瑜珈時流汗比平常更劇烈~~
汗是用"飆"的!!!
而且一旦滿身是汗後~~~身體的毛細孔感覺就變得不透氣
很不舒服!!
常常要做到一半停下來擦汗!!!!(打斷我呼吸的頻率)
想說瑜珈也練了三年了.....
怎麼易流汗的情形還是沒有改善呢????
還有,有聽人家說過太容易流汗代表身體不好
這是真的嗎?
想請問ㄧ下大家
