謝謝板上好多人好熱心,
真是不知道怎麼感謝才好。
沒時間去一一回信給各位感謝。
這幾天都一樣沒有間斷地跑完 4400公尺...
而且有兩天,多撐跑了一圈,到 4800公尺...
3000公尺 從 19分半 變 到 19分鐘
前天測到 18分鐘50秒,
進步好像還蠻慢的 :(
當然差版上大家好大大一截,
離及格也還有一大截 :(
年底前會不會及格,真擔心 >_<

如果各位有推薦的鞋款可以再推薦...我都會參考
可能是真的會往左傾
加上 以前 右邊腳踝扭傷過
左邊大腿 膝蓋 比右邊痠
擔心進步很少所以這陣子天天跑,
但是竟然會有一點點倦怠感出來...
今天下雨了,就休息一次了...
進步慢,所以多少會擔心...
有朋友提給我參考的,
他說 有那種高蛋白或專為運動重訓用的飲品,
他提到的是 GNC 這個專賣店,
我去店裡問過店員,
他們有推薦一些適合慢跑還是三鐵之類的
有一種是 醣: 蛋白 = 4:1 的
還有一種主要成分是 肌酸的
用泡的 跑前中後 都可以喝
慎重起見,我還沒下手買,
我不知道是不是真的有效,
所以想上來問各位的意見,
如果真的對跑步成績有幫助,
倒是不介意價錢,願意花下去...

跑步成績...好像進步很龜速...
