========== 故事緣由請看我的原標題上幾篇,這邊不贅述 ===========
一樣,謝謝板上好多人好熱心,
真是不知道怎麼感謝才好。
沒時間去一一回信給各位感謝。
後來注意消毒,將水泡刺破,
果然就慢慢消掉了。
上星期五就休息一天。
接下來 星期六、日 跑的結果,
還是差不多這樣。
一開始不知做甚麼熱身好,
馬克操 挑幾個。
收操幾個姿勢延展...
這幾天都一樣沒有間斷地跑完 4400公尺...
3000公尺 19分半...
然後多跑了一些到 4400公尺或頂多多一點點。
感覺快極限。
一直都維持在這樣,感覺沒有再往前進步,
會不會就停在這裡,真擔心 >_<
最近有去足測了,有靜態有動態,
了解自己真好,

測完之後,沒想到測量員問我,是不是都在操場跑?
我一聽真是嚇一跳,怎麼會知道的?
因為看起來軸心像是往左...哈哈
他建議我最後可以反過來慢慢跑
這樣身體比較能慢慢平衡回來...(真的嗎?)
左上角 他說我的 左腳 24.5D 右腳 24.0E 算是比較小
左腳比較長瘦 右腳比較 寬肥?
著地部位 : 腳跟。
他說大致上都還好。數據就看圖囉~
店員建議的鞋子: Asics 高緩衝鞋

因為也不懂,
而且怕買了後悔 浪費了費用,
所以說先考慮等等看,
上來問過各位專家囉!
包括是否其他廠牌比如 美津濃 哪一型號哪一款 可考慮?
或其他國外廠牌....
