求救.請教怎樣跑完跑好3000公尺測驗 - 路跑 Road Running

因為要接受測驗3000公尺及格是 15分半左右 跑完,
跑步是我最討厭的運動...
3000公尺對我來講真是個不可能任務
住台北. 身高165不高 體重63 已經是快40的大叔了
先前從來沒有抽煙 喝酒 的習慣
但是有時候為了完成工作. 今日事今日畢. 會到凌晨一兩點睡
不喜歡運動 只喜歡靜態的. 瑜珈倒是做得很喜歡
恨透了跑步. 恨透了運動. 各位絕對比我好太多了
以前學校3000 就是跑跑然後走走完
從沒想說要及格過
不過現在因為要參加測驗. 希望會過.
期限是今年底前.
不過當然是希望10 或 11月就能有好成績阿
以前都沒有跑步運動習慣,
前幾天試跑後很洩氣,
因為連 3000公尺都跑不完,
大概跑到一半就覺得快死掉了 就慢下來用走的了...好慘
我跑不下去是因為 "上氣不接下氣" 那種喘
我知道跑步呼吸秘訣是隨著步伐 吸吸吐吐 吸吸吐吐
一開始還好
但是 400公尺以後開始會越來越急促...要吸吸吐吐 就越來越大聲
然後就覺得越來越喘...
然後接近一半的時候就覺得快死掉了不得不慢下來...好慘
心肺功能很差嗎? 我又從沒吸菸過
我也發現當我覺得累的時候
步伐也會連帶慢下來 或 抬不高
身高本來就不高了. 跨出步伐本來就不大了. 這樣更惡性循環.越來越慢
現在穿的鞋子是很久以前買的

好久了...現在應該已經停產了吧
就知道我有多久沒在跑步之類了吧
想到各種法子
查過板上文章 .有所謂的測足弓 還動態的 服務
但是要兩三個禮拜後才排到
要等到那時候再買他們推薦的鞋子嗎?
另外我也不知道自己姿勢上有沒有甚麼問題
因為看板上文章好像有甚麼 "姿勢跑法" 一個外國人寫的書?
還來台講課過
也有看過板上文章. 因為沒全部看完
想到的計劃有:
計劃1.
先不求跑完距離. 先跑出速度.
比如 800公尺. 先練出合格的速度.
然後再增加一些距離. 到最後就 3000公尺合格了 (幻想中)...
計劃2.
先不求速度. 先跑完全程3000
之後再慢慢拼出速度. 然後 3000就合格了 (幻想中)...
但是這個有難度
因為目前我是連跑完 3000都沒辦法的 會死在半途...
且挫折感很大 持續不了...
計劃3.
不求速度也不求距離...歡樂跑 XD
但是每次要求比上次多跑一些距離...
最後先達成距離
然後再要求速度
計劃4.
不求速度也不求距離...歡樂跑 XD
但是 距離 與 速度 看哪一個先達到
然後要求再增加另一個 (有點亂 XD )
計劃5.
看板上有甚麼 "間歇跑法"
不太懂這是甚麼.. 好像是跑一點 然後走一點? 是這樣嗎
如果是建議這個方法
可能要告訴我怎麼做 我才知道怎麼 "間歇跑法"
嗚嗚~~~ 請各位專家推薦目前的我
先怎樣練比較有機會成功?
有時候想到很多
連這幾天下雨也去跑 (是到附近操場跑. 一圈 400 公尺 )
就淋著雨這樣跑...然後快死了...喘不過氣來了...又用走了...結束了
有時候一些感傷就上來了...
為什麼. 看一些影片 一些馬拉松選手怎麼那麼厲害
還有板上的人隨便都好幾十公里輕鬆跑完
為何自己只是三千公尺都辦不到!
目前是還有決心想說天天都去跑
不知道到年底前有沒有辦法...
但是如果都一直沒辦法跑完 或者 沒進步
真的怕會想放他去死 放棄 整個就攤掉...
