氣喘跟練跑? - 路跑 Road Running

我以前從來沒有發生過氣喘,但這一年在季節變換時常常咳嗽
但也不以為意,直到那天練跑完回家覺得有點喘不過氣來
要很用力吸大口氣才覺得有呼吸到,
胸口也悶悶的,一google氣喘才發現原來咳嗽也是氣喘的症狀之一
過兩天又繼續練跑,發現心率15X 就覺得喘不過氣來,
但以前心率都維持在16X,最後一公里衝到17X也是可以負荷的
每個禮拜約跑3~4天,每次8KM
想請問跑友,氣喘體質會影響運動表現嗎?可以透過練跑改善氣喘嗎?
想請教有氣喘病史跑友的經驗分享
今天發現自己速度掉這麼多覺得很沮喪....
ps.從小大到不知道什麼是氣喘,前幾年曾在高濃度pm2.5下練跑過一個秋冬
那時完全不知道pm2.5這個東西 ,但跑完也不覺得有異樣,直到春天才開始一直咳嗽
隔年才發現有不舒服,呼吸道變的很敏感,一聞到廢氣就會咳咳咳
懷疑是空污造成的影響,現在每天出門前一定查看空氣品質
把握pM2.5低的時後排除萬難都要跑,濃度一高是真的不敢出去跑了
純粹個人經驗,沒有理論根據XD
