步頻及步幅的小問題 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟目前步頻約略在160左右
步幅約125
月跑量約180km
每次跑單趟約6-10km
每公里速度大約都落在5分至5分10秒之間
目前看了一些資料發現步頻最好拉到180比較不容易受傷
步幅大約要落在身高55%-70%
我步幅剛好有落在最高的值...
請問有好的增加步頻訓練方法嗎?
而且下週日要跑半馬了@@
板上前輩有什麼好的建議嗎
