上坡都如何訓練呢 - 路跑 Road Running

最近跑完石門水庫
發現自己只要是上坡幾乎都撐不久
一定會當步兵
很希望可以克服這個情況
平常有時候會去跑三重大都會公園
他有一些緩緩的坡
或是跑公園裡的樓梯
還有健身房跑步機的坡度調到15
其他好像想不到訓練方式了
跑山路通常都有開很快的車或是野狗
也不適合
另外上坡撐不久應該是肌力不夠的問題
所以要加強股四頭跟臀大肌的重訓對嗎?
