正確的仰臥起坐? - 有氧運動 Aerobics

仰臥起坐一直很困擾我,偏偏這又是在很多課程都會出現的動作。
明明就知道脖子不能出力,是肚子該使力,
可是就很難控制,不知道該怎麼矯正?
如果兩手不扶著後腦隔天脖子通常都會有點痠痛,
可是這樣會不會讓仰臥起坐的效果大為打折呢?
