欠了兩天的吉諾版皮拉提斯 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

好不容易現在有點小空,
把三天前去亞爵上吉諾老師的皮拉提斯心得與大家分享。
話說週二收到安妮大的亞爵卷後,
週三就破不急待的跑到所謂高檔設施的亞爵都會館,
上一下人很少的皮拉提斯。
之前有聽小小白說,吉諾老師會對那些動作作的很差的會員,
個別調整姿勢,為了體驗這種感覺,於是挑了這堂課。
亞爵的有氧課人數比少的,這次去,6個。
果然可以開小班教學了。
吉諾老師的靜態課程,通常會很注重肌耐力與線條的修飾,
因為老師本身也是愛美一族(跟小中中老師一樣愛美),
所以每組動作都超累,一組動作一般老師要求作5遍,
吉諾老師會要求10遍。
因此哈伯老頭在不甚熟悉皮拉提斯動作,
且身體持續休息三天未運動的狀態下,
抽 筋 了~~~~~
更慘的是,某動作是抽筋右小腿,休息一下後又抽到左大後腿@@
以致於後面幾組動作沒辦法很確實的完成。
到最後,吉諾老師沒有讓大家有大休息的時間,
直接把動作教完下課。
終於明白,小小白為何喜歡吉諾老師了。
因為吉諾老師會以身作則,且動作精準,
既可訓練肌力,又可以雕塑到線條,
實在是成為肌肉男的必經道路啊。
下週三也要繼續上吉諾老師的課嚕~~
