有關減肥停滯期的疑問 - 運動

我想問一下,如果原本體重就在標準範圍的人,還想瘦個4~5公斤,若不用斷食法,只是三餐減少進食量(就是節食),每週再找個2~3天運動一小時,那這樣會遇上停滯期嗎?
