有關深蹲的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑友好,小弟最近腳有點不舒服,所以去醫院做復健,
剛好聽到另一位病患在跟治療師討論,治療師的觀點是做
深蹲等鍛鍊大腿肌肉的訓練,因為會讓大腿肌肉的張力更高,
反而會使膝蓋附近的韌帶更容易受傷,請問有跑友聽過類似的
說法嗎?謝謝大家!
