有關慢跑時間的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我是一個跑步的初學者,
最近開始在練習慢跑,目前我的狀況是只能隔天跑 因為膝蓋會不適
目前我是不管距離直接跑時間一小時,我最多只能一次跑到8000
想請問例如:每天分開早上3000m、晚上3000m,以及一次跑6000m,
在訓練的效果以及熱量的消耗這兩方面來說,
會有什麼差別嗎?
