大意簡述如下:
因為大腦自然會下推蹬的指令
所以跑者不用刻意(或花心思)在推蹬這個動作上
反而要多花心思在把腿抬起來這個動作上
以下就是另外寫的
至於抬腿的目的,就是把重心往前移讓上半身繼續向前傾斜
好讓腿跨出去時腳剛好落在身體正下方
這都是為了不要讓跨步時腳落在身體前方
而產生無謂的阻力和傷害
