到現在還會有點不舒服
我知道慢跑可以當作復健
可是不知道量要怎麼抓欸
跑3.4公里隔天腳就又脹痛了
不知道大家知道該怎麼抉擇嗎
愛跑步愛打球 也希望腳踝快點好~~
