感謝各位熱心解答
今天順利(?)跑完了
雖然跑很不理想,不過勉強破了pb一分多鐘XD
分段計時如下:

今天起跑前就直接到起跑線等了,只做些簡單的伸展和拉筋
起跑前喝先吃了一個能量果凍,之後到8k吃第二個,其他就是吃補給站的運動飲料和小蛋

心得就是如果會爆會抽筋,那其實熱不熱身其實不太會差很多,該爆還是會爆,而且一旦
爆了也不用再考慮配速什麼的,因為會一直想放慢甚至用走的
而進補給站應該還是需要的,不過我不確定我後面爆掉是因為天氣熱體力流失太快還是因
為肌肉裡的能量用完了
其實我到15k就快撐不住了,撐到20以後放慢一點,而過25以後呈現半放棄狀態,因為好
熱又好累QQ
然後口喝又灌一堆水,結果到後來除了腳沒力還肚子痛...
結論:如果想破pb記得選冬天的賽事,夏天跑跑半馬還可以,如果跑全馬還真的有點自虐
XD,如果還想跑出好成績還要祈禱天氣非常好才行
