我最近開始在練習每天睡覺前都會做40下仰臥起坐連續ㄉ伏力挺升30-40下有斷續大約段2次舉啞鈴一之手都20下假日ㄉ話我早上起來也會做還會外加跳繩100下<請問這樣要多久才可看見腹肌ㄉ成果ㄋ>我發覺我做一做感覺可以越做越多下而且體重有慢慢再下降了...Showmore
