星期四的下午.
我去上舞蹈課時發生了一件悲慘的事情.
我忘記做熱身運動就開始上課.
結果跳舞跳到一半時.
我扭傷了我的腳踝被送進保健室冰敷.
扭傷的腳踝不時傳來陣陣的疼痛感.
所以我只好先待在保健室裡休息片刻.
過了一段時間後.
我走出保健室經過操場時.
剛好遇到一群人在打籃球.
籃球不小心朝我這邊飛來.
打中了我的頭.頭腫了起來.
天阿!這下頭跟腳都受傷了.這是倒楣的一天!

星期四的下午 .I had bad luck on Thursday afternoon.
我去上舞蹈課時發生了一件悲慘的事情. It began with the dancing class
我忘記做熱身運動就開始上課. I forget to warm up before I started
結果跳舞跳到一半時. When I was half way in there
我扭傷了我的腳踝被送進保健室冰敷. I hurt my ankle and was send to the school nurse office for ice pack treatment
扭傷的腳踝不時傳來陣陣的疼痛感. It was painful all along
所以我只好先待在保健室裡休息片刻. so I had to stay there for quiet a while
過了一段時間後. After a while, I was finally able to walk and out of the nurse office
我走出保健室經過操場時. I took the way passed by the basketball court
剛好遇到一群人在打籃球.There were people playing
籃球不小心朝我這邊飛來. And the ball, flew all the way toward my direction
打中了我的頭.頭腫了起來.hit my head and made it swell
天阿!這下頭跟腳都受傷了.這是倒楣的一天! Good God ! I bad both a painful ankle and a swell head at same time. THAT was NOT my day at all !

Some tragic things happened from my dance lesson.
我忘記做熱身運動就開始上課.
It's due to I forgot to make some warm-up exercises before the lesson.
結果跳舞跳到一半時.
While I was dancing on my half way.
我扭傷了我的腳踝被送進保健室冰敷.
I sprained my ankle, then they send me to the health center and put on ice on my feet.
扭傷的腳踝不時傳來陣陣的疼痛感.
I felt so uncomfortable from the pain of ankle-deep all the way.
所以我只好先待在保健室裡休息片刻.
Therefore, I tried to take a rest in the health center first.
過了一段時間後.
And then, after some moments.
我走出保健室經過操場時.
I stepped out the health center and walked through the playground.
剛好遇到一群人在打籃球.
At that moment, some guys were playing the basketball together.
籃球不小心朝我這邊飛來.
That (red) basketball was flying to me without eyes.(用些字眼來強調)
打中了我的頭.頭腫了起來.
It hit my head just right and made a swelling, of course.
天阿!這下頭跟腳都受傷了.
Oh, my goodness,(外國人說用God是大不敬)
I couldn't believe my head and feet were injured within one day.
這是倒楣的一天!
What a BAD day to me!
(怪不得大家要用翻譯機=不然腦筋翻譯到最後會打結
我是儘量用西式邏輯/說法來翻譯=沒辦法完全按照中文)

口語用I can't believe...比較酷(強烈) vs 文章則要用過去式=文法才會一致
PS:
但是敘述的事情全部要用過去式=不然外國人會聽不懂/甚至很痛苦

A tragedy happened to me when I attended my dancing class on Thursday afternoon. Somehow I forgot to warm up before it began. Not surprisingly, I sprained my ankle just half way through the class. I was sent to the health center for ice pack and stayed for awhile since the pain was strong. Later, when I left the health centre, a basketball flew from a group of people who were playing and hit right at my head. Great! My ankle was hurt and my head was swelling. What a day with the worst luck ever!

I forgot that makes the warming-up exercise to start to attend class.
The result dances jumps to half time.
I sprained my ankle area to feed in the clinic ice compress.
Sprains the ankle area often transmits the intermittent aching feeling.
Therefore I have to treat first in the clinic rest the moment.

I go out the clinic after the drill ground when.

Hit has hit my head. The head is swollen.
Day Arab League! Under this was injured with the foot. This is bad luck one day!
