今天試跑間歇跑
第一趟跑完一圈覺得快沒力...
很慢很慢的跑覺得體力恢復了再繼續跑
第2趟就只能跑過一彎道跟一直道
到第4趟都這樣...
請問即使覺得不行了還是要撐著跑完一圈嗎?
然後我爬了文
感覺練間歇至少要能跑15km再練?
然後我是練籃球的...體能很差所以想練一練...
