有氧運動減肥 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

各位好 o.O
我已經有爬過精華區了
但是我還是不清楚有氧運動到底可不可以減肥耶
有文章說要達到最大心跳的60~70%
可是我去上有氧的時候,通常都是斷斷續續的心跳上生、下降
沒辦法一直持續心跳上升
我想說去跑步好了
可是又不知道跑步可不可以瘦
我目前是打算一週之中
兩三天跑步、兩三天有氧、一兩天瑜珈
大概是這樣的比例
會瘦嗎?
至於飲食,我還是正常飲食
不過晚餐會盡量吃少
早餐一定吃
水的部分,每天盡量少喝飲料多喝水
我目前的數據是:
52KG重,155CM高,體脂肪30%
請各位幫我解答,謝謝
