三年來已經跑過7場半馬,不求成績,大多三小時輕鬆完賽
如加快速度可以在2~2.5小時完賽
九月多想參加網走馬拉松
上網稍微看一下全馬訓練菜單,要花好多時間
如果我每週練跑兩天,可以給我練習的建議嗎
我不求時間,只希望在六小時關門前健康完賽即可。
