每天下午都會去打籃球~有運動到~請問這樣一來~我的食量能正常吃嗎~不必要刻意減少嗎~正常吃的話也不會多到很離譜~是這樣嗎~但是如果喝下大量的水~體重就會上升很快~我該喝嗎
