如題小弟現在73KG172CM(不知道算不算過重)站起來的時候比較看不到肚子但是做下的時候可以看到很明顯的游泳圈(穿衣服時看不到)所以想說有什麼方法可以減掉腹部的游泳圈每天早上都吃培根夾但吐司中餐只吃菜和飯(不多)晚餐飯量一樣很少但菜吃的多宵夜都是喝湯(什麼湯不一定但都是菜湯調味只加鹽)��
