最近剛買了一個月不計堂數的課程,
本想好好鍛鍊一下,順便減肥,
可是,卻遭逢月經來潮,
一整個痠軟無力,呵欠連連。
想請問板上的各位女生朋友們,
您們月經的第一天還會堅持去上瑜珈嗎?
有哪些動作是不建議在月經期間做的呢?
有沒有甚麼辦法(小撇歩)可以快速恢復活力,
才能再繼續運動健身的啊?
現在一整個懶洋洋病懨懨的感覺,好討厭喔!
(我們課堂上還有遇到身懷六甲的同學一道上課的,
真是佩服這些孕婦媽咪的毅力和體力!)
