想跟大家討論的是 我自己過了25 K左右就會發生小腿緊繃的問題 然後就抽筋了
問過其他的前輩 他們說會抽筋的原因是
天氣太熱 汗水流失太多
肌力不足所以小腿會抽筋
補給不夠造成體力衰退導緻小腿抽筋
請問大家 還有哪些問題會造成抽筋嗎
我自己有在上健身房的習慣
多訓練小腿提踵有用嗎?
