昨天體育課的時候,老師要我們最大肌力測驗
我不是很了解,老師要我們舉重
先從輕的開始,慢慢加重量
到舉不起來為止再減五公斤,然後再做五次
舉例說明好了。
一開始先試舉四十公斤,覺得可以再重就加到五十公斤
還可以就到六十七十八十九十看自己能夠舉到多重
如果到一百的時候發現舉不起來了,
就減到九十五然後舉五下
這樣子難道就可以算出來我的最大肌力嗎?
而且,那有什麼技巧嗎?
我發現,蹲下去之後就站不起來了。
是我不會舉還是大腿力量不夠= =
