小弟目前21歲,跑齡5個月,跑過2全馬
從開始練跑都是在大學學校的山路
這個月因為放假回到家裡所以練跑都去附近操場
但是我發現一個問題
我每次暖身(動態+靜態伸展)做完後開始跑
前一個小時我都跑不起來,不然就是跑不久
慢跑都只能在完全不會喘,像走路時的呼吸頻率
只要一快起來
就感覺小腿前後肌肉快爆了(左右腳狀況不一)
或是隨便就很喘沒辦法撐下去
反正怎麼樣也快不起來,不然就是非常吃力
但是
只要差不多一個小時過去了
就能感覺到身體有很大的變化,想加速就加速
身體突然變輕盈
可以用前一個小時2倍甚至3倍的速度來跑(持續20分鐘以上)
跑完會喘但是感覺很輕鬆(相較前一小時很吃力)
腳肌肉會一點酸但是不會痛(前一小時痛到改用走的)
這到底是什麼情況??????
是不是我都要花一小時來耗才能開始練跑啊QQ
話說如果剛拉完單槓再跑步
會一陣子感覺到胸肌甩來甩去
稍稍體會女生跑步胸部甩來甩去很煩............
