請問!!一個月瘦五公斤會不會太多我不想複胖~然後,我是個很懶得運動的人..有可能的就是在家裡做空中腳踏車!!有時候會出去走走路這樣子~~~還有吃飽坐著真的會胖嗎==!!不要廣告!!還有我不要吃藥!!謝謝!!
