一年多前為了減肥才開始運動
原先跑完800m就快見祖先,後來體育老師播日本慢慢跑的影片
才漸漸跑出興趣 (影片連結:http://ppt.cc/AcV_)
現在幾乎每天跑6~8km有時會跑10km (依當天心情&天氣決定)
一星期大約休1或2天
支持我一直跑下去的動力其實是想「瘦小腿」
隔壁版的板娘及版友們都不厭其煩地向少女們解釋
「肌肉不是那麼好練的,你自以為的小腿肌殊不知只是一坨脂肪」
「只要有耐心持續下去,那坨脂肪有天終會灰飛煙滅」
這觀念開始動搖,最近開始加入重訓,健身房的男生(不只一個)都要我別再跑下去
他們說:「你再跑下去只會越變越粗!」
可是愛丟卡慘系~~~我已經喜歡上跑步,不跑反而覺得怪怪的
跑完之後的拉筋目前會做這些(小腿部分) http://ppt.cc/Lv4-
請問還有什麼改善方法嗎?
