大家好 清寒赤貧的鄉民想請教一下
我的腳經過足測屬於寬楦
跑步姿勢為中前足著地
我第一雙鞋是rider 13 第二雙是Kinvara 3寬楦版
穿這兩雙鞋跑了約4年
由於Kinvara3 已經穿到見底
所以最近買了AR4 寬楦版 打算為明年1月初次馬拉松做準備
素聞AR系列避震功能少
而我幾乎每天會晨跑1小時 大約10Km
換了AR4後 大概跑到40分鐘時候
右腳著地處會有快要起水泡的那種摩擦熱熱感(大約在右腳食指與中指下方的腳掌中前處)
接連的4~5次晨跑都有相同情況發生 害我越跑越沒力
自己判斷是鞋底太硬不習慣
想請問應該是這樣沒錯吧
是否該回到rider的鞋款或是Aero
