看了youtube的教學
原本是腳跟著地,現在盡可能全腳掌著地
穿了一個禮拜的inspire 9,開始往常的5~14k的練習
運動前後都有5~15分鐘伸展&拉筋
但是最近兩次的跑步,左腳出現了IT bad疼痛
真的是因為全腳掌著地、穿別的鞋款,造成的傷害嗎??
還是只是髂徑束、臀部肌肉無力呢?
