早餐攝取、休息恢復及新手入坑請益(國考測驗) - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩好
我目前要參加國考1200公尺的測驗
先前已經先爬過文
想請教
1.當天上午測驗前(10:00),請問早餐該賽前攝取或賽後攝取?
我自己是估若要賽前捨取時間約為早上六點,且禁蛋奶類以免發生不適。
2.若測驗前不攝取的話,喝一至兩杯黑咖啡or紅牛是否能增進臨場表現?
(這部分爬文看有前輩跑半馬會喝)
3.距離測驗前三天休息並請治療師徒手復健增加肌肉修復,請問三天的休息量是否足夠?
4.平常訓練暖場方式是靜態伸展(伸展)完後,動態伸展(馬克操)一圈,請問這樣的暖身
是否足以應付測驗?
5.最後因本次測驗開始,也慢慢入坑跑步這件事,請問新手跑鞋迪卡儂X99系列是否足夠?
還是可以直上各種神獸?
