我早上起床都會先喝500CC的水然後吃早餐但我常常一次就吃很多馬可先生賣的那種全麥土司.or(黑麥土司.原味蔬菜土司)但就只有早餐喔!因為我想說早餐吃很多其實到晚上就消耗完了...中參午餐我都吃少少的不會碰到澱粉類..但又很害怕長久下來會因為這頓'早餐"而發胖!
