早上跑步問題 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟目前是自修重考生
為了維持體力每天早上都會跑個25-30分鐘
回家洗完澡再去圖書館
問題來了,就算前晚不晚睡,且有睡飽
(晚上11:00-早上07:00之類的)
跑完的早上還是會非常想睡覺
硬撐到中午受不了睡了50分鐘
當晚就睡不著了==作息就亂了
導致昨晚2:00快3:00才睡著
小弟想問
是不是大家早上跑步都會想睡覺?
喝杯咖啡會比較好嗎?(可是又怕這樣晚上就睡不著了囧)
查過了,晚上跑步身體會很亢奮,反而睡不著......
