5~6k接力賽 想從4分半進步到4分 - 路跑 Road Running

上週末和朋友參與 美津濃接力賽 蠻熱血的!!
和馬拉松相比,能跑得很有幹勁
畢竟距離不長,可以一開始就用全力開始配速
以我來說好了,我的5k成績23分上下(而且是跑到快死那種...)
朋友間的水平也差不多這樣
這次美津濃組隊總成績3:13分左右
其實這成績讓我們很滿意了,畢竟大家練習的時間不多
而且都各自練習,只有在比賽時後才會相互融入
想追求好一點的成績,想說5k能有20分的水平
畢竟能拿獎的總成績都3小時內阿.....(實在太變態惹..)
目前跑步一天頂多3天可以練...因為其他時間要練習其他運動(游泳、重訓)
當下訓練每周2.4 6~8k 周末10~12k ...就這樣
其實已經接觸馬拉松很久了,也跑過好幾場全馬了..
只是現在好像熱情不多了
因為現在有了目標,所以想重新訓練,平常自己就配速跑而已
看著錶用5分速左右的方式練習,或是跟著前面的阿北跑
感覺這樣進步很難..
不知道有高雄的前輩可以相互學習嗎,一起督促彼此成長
ps.希望練跑時間別太晚...訓練時間 晚上5~8點為主
不需要大團一起出動自動自發不遲到(避免每次還要等自介和集合..拍照之類的..)
只想單純的陪同訓練,之後結束簡單收工回家,畢竟想早點回家休息
(減少打卡及非必要性的吃喝活動)
希望可以徵求到充實的成長團隊
