153cm 43kg
最近想練練被我荒廢的心肺能力
也覺得練跑能夠趕走壞心情
之前完全沒跑步習慣
第一天
用健身房跑步機跑4分速到5分半之間
跑了5K 跑累就用快走的 不是一直跑
第二天
起床大小腿肌肉都沒酸痛
膝蓋也沒問題
胸口有點悶痛 髖骨微酸痛
下午繼續操場跑2K
晚上做初級瑜珈20分鐘 (想減緩胸痛跟髖骨酸)
第三天
覺得髖骨的酸痛有加劇了
酸的程度還是可以正常活動
就是可以忍受的範圍
胸痛已經幾乎沒了
下午還能夠跑3K 髖骨還是酸痛
因為很怕自己一休息就不跑了
也不希望因為受傷不能跑
從小走路都有外八 不知道是因為這樣髖骨才痛的嗎?
穿的是nike 黑武士?還是鞋子的問題?
酸痛的位置兩邊都一樣
看著操場上的神跑人好羨慕啊....
這種情況有需要完全休息到好嗎?
