我從沒想過辦一場比賽壓力可以大到這種地步
從比賽前兩天到此刻,已經接近三天沒睡
流程一再確認,機車騎著路線一再巡視
賽前一天的午後雷陣雨下得特別大特別久,所有工作都Delay
比賽前一晚的晚上十一點還在道路上調整賽事指示牌
當天的凌晨三點才開始最後一批補給站物資的運送
開跑前我的心情是很差很低落的,我覺得很慘很悲觀
看到跑者陸陸續續到場,心情很憂鬱
我很怕對不起這些遠道而來的兩千多位跑者
所有組別起跑之後,我也開始在會場內團團轉
每個工作攤位散落在會場各處,我一個一個去詢問是否有問題要解決
從開賽到活動結束,我在會場內大概也跑了超過半馬的距離(笑)
才開賽沒半小時,就收到有跑者昏倒的訊息,立刻指派救護車前往
心情更低落了,但不能鬆懈,只能繼續維護會場每一個環節持續運作
短里程組開賽後十五分鐘就陸陸續續回來
所有齒輪開始運作,整個會場像一條輸送帶,每個環節都不能出錯
我持續地跑,在場內不停的繞,手機響不停,LINE群組持續回報各點狀況
時間滴滴答答的過,狀況一個接一個,歐不,很多狀況同時撞過來
我覺得整個人壓力值爆表,心裡很複雜但是說不出有甚麼情緒
九點,晶片計時公司回報還有少於兩百人在賽道上沒有回來
我心理壓力更大,我要每個人都平安回來
九點半,關門時間到,計時公司再回報,剩19個人在賽道上
我下指示,所有單位不能撤,救護車待命,醫護組門口待命
約莫九點四十分
「全部回來了!最後一個跑者回來了!平安!」
壓後車隊的大哥進到校門口這樣大喊
在校門口守候的志工們歡聲雷動,鼓掌聲不斷
我跟著拍手,感覺臉上有了笑容
此時一個跑者經過準備離開會場,他轉頭對我說:
「這是我跑過最棒的比賽」
我終於再也忍不住,跑去存放物資的倉庫,緊繃三個月的壓力一下子全部潰堤
好好地哭了幾分鐘
謝謝所有來參賽的跑者,謝謝所有志工
少了你們任何一個,這場賽事就不會完美
至於心得,就像我跑完初馬時說的,辦比賽這種事
「我再也不幹了」
