小弟報名了11月的新世紀遠東馬拉松半馬
目前程度大約是
8~9分速跑過12km (三個月前,天氣較涼時)
最近大約是7~8分速跑5km就覺得滿累的
距離馬拉松還有三個月, 聽說有一大段是山路,請問以各位經驗來看,現在訓練是否還來得及?應該先以拉長距離和時間優先訓練,還是先加速短程的速度呢?
