新手練跑請益 - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:很久沒跑, 上週開始每周三天(跑一休一)
每次跑步距離or時間:3~5km
跑步地點/地面:平常跑步機, 假日附近學校操場
呃..中年人想回復體能狀況, 最近開始重新練跑, 希望可以也參加個馬拉松活動
目前先用舊鞋跑, 但每次跑到大概接近5km時, 左腳腳踝就會開始痛, 但也沒扭到或腫起來的跡象
還有最近有點平常走路走一走, 膝蓋會有點突然無力軟掉的狀況, 但很快就好了
請問各位先進是跑步強度要在減低點, 還是鞋子要調整的問題呢?
